As we all know, nothing exists without a reason. So here we will analyze the reasons of sickness according to the Holistic ways of medicine and according to the Ancient medicine science.

 

There are three reasons that can cause sickness.

 

1. Toxins in the Body :

         There are three ways by which Toxins can enter the Body.

 

a. Toxins from Food :

         Food grown using chemical fertilizers or Pesticides, etc. is toxic. Every person takes 5 kg of toxins every year just from chemically grown foods. Boiling the foods adds up to the Toxins, and if the food is cooked in Oil, it becomes Poison, because heated Oil is 100% Toxic. So how can we expect our body to remain healthy if we eat by this way everyday ?

         We suggest Organic foods. Do not cook the food in Oil and Boil them as less as possible. The best way to cook is to Steam the food and to add oil after the food is removed from the steamer and when it is not very hot.

 

b. Toxins from Air :

         Toxins are not only because of the food, Polluted Air also adds up to the Toxins in the body. If someone lives big city or needs to travel in the city many hours daily, then for him this air is poison. So it is obvious for the body to start creating problems. To balance this case, at least for some time everyday we must try to be in nature to get fresh air. If it is not possible to live in nature then at least to visit it often.

 

c. Toxins from Feelings and Emotions :

         Negative Feelings, Strong Emotions and Negative Thoughts can create Toxins in the body. It is easy to understand this by a simple observation, just try to observe how body reacts when someone faces bad situations, he starts to get headache or his stomach starts to pain, etc.

         If someone treats you bad in front of others, he toxins your body. Try to observe your body this time, you start to feel dizzy, your stomach gets tight, heart beat increases, breath becomes heavy. This is all because body starts to release toxins in the blood cause of feelings and thoughts that are negative.

 

The first two reasons can be managed easily, but for the third reason it needs one to do inner work, to try and "help" himself with inner reasons and understandings. We can find these ways in all the religions. Every religion talks about ways to manage negative feelings and thoughts. As well many self-analysis sciences can help on this, one just needs to find a way that suits him/her self.

 

2. Living in the wrong place or wearing wrong clothes :

For example if the house that we live has a damp or moist atmosphere then it is obvious to get pain in the bones or to have trouble in breathing, itching on body, allergies, etc.

As well if the clothes that we wear are too synthetic or tight then it is again obvious to trouble the body.

If we have some person around us at home or at work who always treats us bad, then this can also create many problems, like dizziness, headache, pain in stomach, bad mood even melancholy, etc.

 

3. Wisdom Lesson :

According to the Ancient Medicine of Tao and according to the Holistic Medicine, "Sickness comes because the Nature's Supreme Power of Creation wants us to Learn some things. This can be to learn patience or to be humble or to be sensitive towards others, to teach us love or to show us that material is not the only thing existing and to push us to start looking a bit inside ourselves". It also says that "No matter how serious the sickness is, if the person takes his/her lesson from it, then the sickness goes by itself, without the need of any external help".
